This set needs some explanation. I call this effect "Colour Contouring" and needs a filter that I developed. Essentially, I create a duplicate layer that I first defocus with a Gaussian Blur to simplify shape, then I posterise to simplify colours. I apply my filter that outlines colour boundaries in black and finally, I blend the two layers using Screen or Overlay. I may get around to describing this effect in detail.
